A partir del año gravable de 1991, en los cálculos actuariales de que tratan los artículos 112 y 113 del Decreto 624 de 1989, las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria deberán utilizar un interés técnico equivalente a la tasa promedio DTF registrada por el Banco de la República para los últimos 10 años, calculada al 1 o. de enero del año gravable en que se deba realizar el cálculo.
