Las licencias accidentales de los Directores de las Bandas, las concederá en esta capital, por justo motivo, el Comandante General de la 1ª División; y en las ciudades ó lugares de fuera, el respectivo Comandante General Divisionario, Jefe militar ó Jefe de Cuerpo á que la Banda esté subordinada.
