ARTICULO 7 º. Los empleados que pertenecían a la planta de personal de las Leyes 52 de 1978 y 28 de 1983 y pasaron a ocupar cargos en la planta de personal fijada por la Ley 5a. de 1992, continuarán devengando las primas y prestaciones sociales que venían disfrutando.
