ARTICULO 134o. Peculado por uso. El empleado oficial que indebidamente use o permita que otro use bienes del Estado o de empresas o instituciones en que éste tenga parte, o bienes de particulares cuya administración o custodia se le haya confiado por razón de sus funciones, incurrirá en prisión de uno a cuatro años e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno a tres años. La misma pena se aplicará al empleado oficial que indebidamente utilice trabajo o servicios oficiales, o permita que otro lo haga.
