La proposición adversa se presentará en una de estas formas, según el caso: a). "No se da curso á la petición de N. N. porque le faltan los requisitos (tales) exigidos por los artículos (tales) de la Ley (ó Decreto). Puede reparar la omisión dentro de (tantos) días". b) "Antes de resolver en definitiva, practíquense las diligencias (tales) para completar las pruebas que faltan en este expediente." c) La Junta opina que N. N. no tiene derecho a la asignación que solita, <sic> por las razones expuestas y resuelve pasar el expediente al Gobierno para que resuelva en definitiva".
