Facultad a los Concejos Municipales. Facúltese a los Concejos Municipales del Departamento de Córdoba para que previa autorización de la Asamblea Departamental, hagan obligatorio el uso de la estampilla que autoriza la presente ley, teniendo en cuenta los elementos estructurales del tributo que defina la Asamblea Departamental.
