Art. 4.° Corresponde al Tribunal Superior respectivo, en Sala de acuerdo, dictar las resoluciones á que se refiere el artículo anterior; y para ello procederá de oficio ó mediante denuncio de cualquiera autoridad ó de individuos particulares, denuncio que podrá darse en calidad de reservado. El Tribunal allegará los datos é informes que estime convenientes para proceder con acierto, y decidirá verdad sabida y buena fe guardada.
