- DISPOSICIONES ESPECIALES. Los artículos siguientes, compilados en los Capítulos 2 y 3 de este Título, se entienden sin perjuicio de disposiciones especiales que regulen los usos del suelo. Así mismo y conforme a la Ley 152 de 1994 (Ley Orgánica del Plan de Desarrollo) las disposiciones municipales sobre usos del suelo no requieren estar incorporadas en los planes de desarrollo.
