Prima de Comandos . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares a quienes se les otorgue el título de Comando Especial Terrestre en el Ejército, Comando Anfibio en la Armada y Comando Especial Aéreo en la Fuerza Aérea, y se desempeñen dentro de ellos, tendrán derecho a una prima equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico mensual correspondiente a su grado, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

La primera de que trata este artículo, excluye las primas de Salto en paracaídas, buchería y orden público, pero el interesado puede optar por la más favorable.
