Artículo único. Apruébase el presento contrato con las siguientes modificaciones:

Al Artículo 19 se le agregarán las siguientes palabras: "La lancha satisfará las necesidades del tráfico entre dichos dos puertos, tanto para el trasporte de pasajeros como para el de la carga."

El artículo 26 quedará redactado así:

"Articulo. Los vapores armados ó desarmados que introduzca la Compañía Colombiana de Trasportes estarán exentos de derechos de importación."
