Ley 33 de 1959 · Por la cual se ordena la reconstrucción de la ciudad de Chinú, en el Departamento de Córdoba

El Gobierno Nacional procederá a construir, por conducto de la Gobernación de Córdoba, sesenta (60) casas hasta de cinco mil pesos ($5.000.00) cada una, en dicha ciudad de Chinú, de conformidad con planos que elaborara la Secretaria de Obras Publicas del Departamento de Córdoba.

Parágrafo

Si por causas técnicas las casas no pueden construirse en los barrios afectados con los incendios, la Municipalidad cederá los terrenos que sean necesarios para el efecto
