Concepto favorable. Para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de los correspondientes bonos pensionales y de las cuotas partes a su cargo, Ecopetrol deberá otorgar las garantías que para este efecto señale su Junta Directiva, previo concepto favorable del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
