Art. 2326. Cada comunero debe a la comunidad lo que saca de ella, incluso los intereses corrientes de los dineros comunes que haya empleado en sus negocios particulares, i es responsable hasta la culpa leve por los daños que haya causado en las cosas i negocios comunes.
