ARTICULO 27. De los Nombramientos con un Solo Aspirante. En caso de que al concurso se presente un solo aspirante y cuando a juicio de la autoridad nominadora sea urgente la provisión del empleo, el aspirante podrá ser nombrado previa la comprobación del cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos.
