º Los gastos que demande la organización y ejecución del evento a que se .refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, serán con cargo a los presupuestos del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Comando de la Armada, Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria, Colciencias, Banco de la República y demás entidades oficiales y privadas que deseen brindar sus aportes.
