ARTICULO 488 . Decisión sobre las recusaciones . Corresponde al Senado decidir sobre las recusaciones propuestas, para cuya prueba se concederá, a la parte interesada el término de seis días. Si la actuación se instruyere por una comisión, ante ésta se ventilará el incidente; concluido el término previsto en este artículo, la comisión trasladará el asunto al Senado para que resuelva.
