ARTICULO 164 . AUTORIZACIONES PRESUPUESTALES.- El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para efectuar a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público las operaciones y los traslados presupuestales que se requieran para la cumplida ejecución del presente Decreto.
