Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 1512 de 2000 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los capítulos II, III y IV del Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984 y el artículo 71 de la Ley 336 de 1996.
