Art. 34 Las disposiciones concernientes a la subastación y ritualidad de estos juicios consignadas en la presente ley, prevalecerá sobre las leyes anteriores desde el momento en que deban empezar a regir aquellas. Pero los términos que hubieren empezado a correr, y las actuaciones y diligencias que ya estuvieren iniciadas, se regirán por la Ley vigente al tiempo de su iniciación.
