Artículo único. En sus actuales sesiones extraordinarias las Cámaras Legislativas se ocuparán, además de los enumerados en los Decretos 3314 y 3338 de 1962, de los siguientes asuntos: a). Proyectos de ley: 1. Por el cual se abre un crédito adicional al Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos y Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal de 1962. (Ministerio de Guerra). b). Los demás negocios que en el curso de las sesiones extraordinarias recomiende o presente .el Gobierno a la consideración del Congreso.
