º La Caja dispondrá, además, de los siguientes medios para incrementar sus recursos: De los descuentos que el Instituto de Crédito Territorial haga a la Caja de Vivienda Militar, de créditos suscrito por ella a plazo no mayor de un (1) año, y hasta el ochenta por ciento (80%) del valor de los presupuestos de las casas por construirse, las cuales deberán pagarse sin renovación; el interés de este descuento será convenido con el Instituto de Crédito Territorial.
