Las adopciones y otras instituciones afines constituidas en un Estado Parte serán susceptibles de anulación cuando su origen o fin fuere el tráfico internacional de menores. En la respectiva acción de anulación, se tendrá en cuenta en todo momento el interés superior del menor. La anulación se someterá a la ley y a las autoridades competentes del Estado de constitución de la adopción o de la institución de que se trate.
