El inciso 2º del artículo 160 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

Los Magistrados y jueces estarán sujetas a sanciones disciplinarias, que podrán consistir en amonestaciones, multas, suspensión o destitución, con arreglo a la ley e impuestos según se establece en el artículo 217, numeral 5º.
