Término general . El Capitán de Puerto deberá producir su fallo dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes contados a partir del auto por medio del cual se declara abierta la investigación. Si el fallo se produjere después de este término, este hecho no constituirá causal de nulidad, pero acarreará las sanciones disciplinarias que fueren del caso.
