Para el acto de votación, el elector presentará al jurado su documento de identidad, el cual lo confrontará con la lista de sufragantes de la respectiva mesa. Acto seguido, el elector secretamente escribirá en una papeleta el nombre del candidato de su preferencia o lo dejará en blanco. Una vez hubiere depositado el voto en la urna, el jurado hará el registro correspondiente.
