Artículo H. Mientras no se expidan las leyes o decretos especiales sobre régimen aduanero, seguirán rigiendo las disposiciones del Código Fiscal vigentes hasta hoy, las de las leyes que lo adicionan y reforman, y las reglamentarias actuales, en cuanto no se opongan a este nuevo Código.
