° Por muerte del titular, señor Carlos E. Martínez, desígnase al señor Hernando Arbeláez I., Cajero Contador de la zona de Carreteras Nacionales de Medellín, con el sueldo de ciento setenta pesos ($ 170) mensuales que corresponde a este empleo.

Parágrafo

El nombrado señor Arbeláez no podrá posesionarse sin haber asegurado, en la forma que determine la Contraloría General de la República, el manejo de los fondos que va a tener a su cuidado. Comuníquese y publíquese.
