Decisión. Surtido el trámite en el artículo anterior, el Director General de la Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor, mediante resolución motivada, decidirá pudiendo fijar un plazo razonable para que se subsanen o corrijan hechos señalados, al término del cual y según proceda, confirmará la autorización concedida o la revocará. La resolución que decida se notificará al representante legal de la sociedad.
