Vigencias y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto 248 de 1994, modificado por los Decretos 276 de 1996, el artículo 2° del Decreto 278 de 1996, los Decretos 1767 y 2032 de 1997, el Decreto 362 de 2004, y el Decreto 127 de 2019 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
