Art. 1.° Fíjanse los cómputos líquidos del Presupuesto nacional de rentas para la vijencia económica de 1873 a 1874, en tres millones seiscientos diez i seis mil pesos ($3.616,000), con arreglo al siguiente pormenor: 1.° Aduanas $ 2.143,000 2.° Amonedacion 25,000. 3.° Correos 70,000. 4 .° Telégrafo 12,000. 5.° Bienes nacionales 50,000. 6.° Empresa del ferrocarril de Panamá 250,000. 7.° Salinas 850,000. 8.° Renta de Bienes desamortizados 10,000. 9.° Ingresos varios 16,000. 10. Aprovechamientos . 40,000. 11. Sobrante de las rentas sobre los gastos, en la vijencia económica de 1872 a 1873 150,000. $ 3.616,000.
