La apelación en el efecto devolutivo no suspende la ejecución de la providencia apelada ni la competencia del Juez. El superior decide sobre el duplicado del proceso. La apelación en el efecto suspensivo suspende el procedimiento ante el inferior, quien debe remitir original de todo lo actuado.
