La enseñanza individual es la que se imparte mediante:

a.) Maestros móviles o itinerantes;

b.) Voluntarios alfabetizadores, tales como los alumnos mayores de 10 años cursantes de la escuela primaria, y los estudiantes de educación media, normal y superior constituidos en legiones alfabetizadoras; persona s interesadas en la erradicación del analfabetismo; los efectivos de las Fuerzas Armadas y los maestros de las escuelas públicas y privada
