ART 26. El que bajo el imperio de una ley tenga la administración de bienes ajenos, ó el que ejerza válidamente el cargo de guardador, conservará el título que adquirió antes, aunque una nueva exija, para su adquisición, nuevas condiciones; pero el ejercicio de funciones, remuneración que corresponde al guardador, incapacidades y excusas supervinientes, se regirán por la ley nueva.
