Quórum y votaciones . La Junta Directiva puede sesionar válidamente con la mayoría de sus miembros. Las decisiones se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistentes. Cuando se trate de ejercer las funciones contempladas en cualquiera de los literales de la clase b) del artículo 14 de estos Estatutos, se requerirá el voto favorable ser Ministro de Agricultura.

Parágrafo

Constituye quórum en la Junta Directiva, la reunión de tres (3) de sus miembros.
