Ninguna empresa editorial de periódicos podrá, sin permiso del Gobierno, recibir subvención alguna de gobiernos o compañías extranjeras.

La infracción a lo dispuesto en este artículo hace incurrir a la empresa que se aprovechó de la subvención, al administrador que la recibió para la empresa, y al director que se aprovechó de ella o simplemente tuvo conocimiento de que la empresa la había recibido, en multas del doble del provecho obtenido por la subvención, o de $ 500.00 a $ 2.000.00, cuando el doble de este provecho no alcance a esas sumas.
