Tiempo de implementación. El término de duración del Programa de Reincorporación Integral estará sujeto al término establecido en el Plan Marco de Implementación incluidas las prórrogas que se hagan del mismo.

Parágrafo

La implementación del Programa de Reincorporación Integral se hará de manera gradual y progresiva, para lo cual se establece un periodo de transición de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente decreto.
