Recursos de segunda y tercera prioridad. Para efecto de lo previsto en el artículo 24 del Decreto 350 de 1999, se entenderá que han cumplido el trámite de adjudicación, aquellos recursos de segunda y tercera prioridad que fueron dirigidos mediante resolución proferida por la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar para atender las necesidades de vivienda de interés social de una región específica y cuyas autoridades, con base en dicho acto administrativo, adelantaron los trámites previstos para la declaratoria de elegibilidad y asignación de los correspondientes subsidios familiares de vivienda, con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del Decreto 350 de 1999.
