º Las monedas mandadas acuñar por la Ley 37 de 1920, podrán aplicarse al cambio de las monedas antiguas de plata, ordenado por la Ley 65 de 1916, si no fuera suficientes, para completar tal cambio, las acuñaciones autorizadas con tal fin.
