De la suma votada en esta Ley se destinan cien mil pesos ($100.000.00), en cinco anualidades de veinte mil pesos ($20.000.00) cada una, para la ornamentación de la Catedral de Manizales. La inversión de estas sumas se hará de acuerdo con el Excelentísimo señor Obispo de la Diócesis.
