Art. 2.° Para gozar de esta gracia, los introductores dirigirán una petición al Ministerio de Hacienda y con ella presentarán la prueba de sus asertos, y en vista de esa documentación, el mismo Ministerio ordenará que por la Tesorería general de la República se devuelva á quien corresponda lo que hubiere pagado por los derechos de que trata el artículo anterior. Las disposiciones del presente Decreto comprenden las introducciones que de los artículos para alumbrado ya citados se hayan hecho desde el 1.° de Marzo del presente año. Comuníquese y publíquese.
