º . Independencia de los recursos de las subcuentas del Fondo. Los recursos del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía se destinarán exclusivamente a las finalidades señaladas por la ley para las respectivas subcuentas y su manejo se efectuará en forma independiente. Los intereses y rendimientos financieros que produzca cada una de las subcuentas acrecentarán la respectiva subcuenta.
