Dentro del Establecimiento los penados deben estar debidamente numerados, en forma tal que cada uno corresponda un distintivo diverso. Con este número se marcaran todas las prendas de uso personal del penado, que pertenezcan a la Nación, pero jamás se les llamara por él .
