Art. 1º Las mercaderías extranjeras causarán á su importación al territorio nacional los siguientes derechos por cada kilogramo: AQUÍ PDF DIARIO OFICIAL 06687 PÁG. 1

Parágrafo

Dichas mercaderías forman, en consecuencia, una clase libre del impuesto, y trece grabadas con 1-2½-5-10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100 y 120 cvos respectivamente; y se denominarán por su orden 1ª, 2ª, 3ª, &a. Por la Secretaría de hacienda se formará y publicará un resumen de la Tarifa, dividiéndola en las expensadas clases..
