Carácter vinculante del instrumento operativo. El contenido incluido en el instrumento operativo concertado, incluyendo las fases preoperativas, operativas y posoperativas deberán ser cumplidas a cabalidad por parte del operador como mecanismos de salvaguarda de la voluntad de las comunidades, actuaciones que deberán contar con los registros, actas y demás documentos relevantes que permitan evaluar la trazabilidad del proceso adelantado en territorio.
