Información. La cesión deberá comunicarse mediante tres (3) publicaciones efectuadas en diarios de amplia circulación nacional, entre las que deberá mediar un término de cinco (5) días, la primera de las cuales se hará dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la fecha del presente Decreto.
