ARTICULO 10. Las cesantías de los servidores públicos vinculados a la Rama Judicial podrán ser administradas por las Sociedades cuya creación se autorizó en la Ley 50 de 1990 o por el Fondo Público que el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura señale. El Consejo Superior de la Judicatura establecerá las condiciones y requisitos para ello, en los cuales indicará que los recursos serán girados directamente a dichas Sociedades o Fondos.
