ARTICULO 44 . JUNTA DE LICITACIONES Y CONTRATOS.- Las Junta de Licitaciones y Contratos estará integrada por el Ministro de Transporte o su delegado, quien la presidirá, el Secretario General, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación, el Director del área respectiva y el Subdirector Administrativo. Son funciones de la Junta de Licitaciones y Contratos las previstas en el Decreto 222 de 1983 y demás disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia.
