°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Las reglas del presente decreto se aplicarán al cálculo actuarial correspondiente a la vigencia 2008, que será soporte para la transferencia que deba realizarse en 2009.
