Art. 11 Recibido el expediente en la Gobernación o en la Intendencia, se fijará en lista el asunto por cinco días, vencido los cuales se resolverá dentro de los cinco días siguientes.

Parágrafo

En caso de ampliación del sumario, el sindicado volverá a ser reducido a prisión si contra él resultaren pruebas suficientes de su culpabilidad.
