Exención licencia urbanística de construcción. En la medida que las torres u otra infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, corresponda a una estructura cuyo comportamiento dinámico difiera de las edificaciones convencionales, se sujetarán al régimen especial de licencias urbanísticas, acorde con lo dispuesto en el numeral 2 del artículo 192 del Decreto Ley 19 de 2012 y el numeral 2 del artículo 2.2.6.1.1.11 del Decreto número 1077 de 2015, o aquellas normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
